Can you again paste the link of the custom record using the custom role and see if you are now getting any different permission-related error message?

Is everything working correctly when they do the same operation on a laptop? You can ask them to open a support case and see if NetSuite can troubleshoot it.

Hi @MatB, You can use Advanced PDF/HTML for Customer Statements. There are two versions included by default: The multi-currency version often requires tweaking to work properly.
